The partnership with a Qingdao factory has made Haifu Machinery's total manufacturing and assembling facility space reach an astonishing 460,000 square feet. Both factories are fully equipped with CNC machinery, CNC vertical mills, CNC horizontal drilling machinery, quality control units, in-house engineers, and painting lines. Nevertheless, Haifu Machinery ensures that every part that goes into the machine is a self-made Haifu part.
With the longest-serving employee having been with us for 20 years, Haifu Machinery has been able to maintain the excellence of Haifu-branded machines for over two decades. Furthermore, what is most worth mentioning is that due to the high cost and space establishment requirements, the rarely used phosphating process in the loom machine manufacturing area has also been applied to all Haifu machine parts and mainboards. We build our machines with insurance for customers, with zero risk of machine rusting.
Now, we are proud to say that Haifu has already occupied 95% of the market in the city of Keqiao, China, which is known as one of the largest and most important markets for Chinese loom machine manufacturing. In the global textile market, we partner with agents in over 10 countries, resulting in shipments to more than 16 countries each year. We are making great efforts to strengthen our brand image by perfecting every order.
Thanks to the trust of our customers, since 2012, we have been sending nearly 2000 sets of water jet looms to India, 100 sets of air jet looms to Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, 200 sets of air jet looms to Sri Lanka, and to many other countries around the world through OEM, along with a 5000-set sales record in China.
