The Haifu HF8180 water-jet loom features an integrated wall panel design that enhances the overall rigidity of the frame, effectively reducing vibrations from the beating-up mechanism during high-speed weaving. With an optimized weft insertion path that shortens the fabric length from the fell to the take-up roller, combined with a balanced beating-up system, it minimizes reed-induced fabric damage while improving fell stability, making it ideal for efficient production of high-density synthetic fabrics.
